Construction
Two walls.
Every cup we make is double wall: an inner cup that holds the drink, and a printed outer wall wrapped around it.
The outer wall is the part we print. It is printed flat, then die cut, wrapped and seamed — which is why the artwork is laid out as a fan rather than a rectangle.
