Stocked products bought as a consumer

For eligible online consumer purchases, tell us you wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, then return them within the following 14 days. You can use the form below or make any clear cancellation statement. You do not need to give a reason.

A qualifying refund includes standard outbound delivery. It is normally due within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of sending them, whichever is earlier. Extra delivery upgrades need not be refunded. A lawful deduction may apply for handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Custom printed goods and business orders

The consumer change-of-mind cancellation right can be excluded for goods made to your specification or clearly personalised. This is not a blanket “no refunds” rule: rights for faulty or misdescribed goods remain. Business-to-business returns and amendments depend on the terms agreed for that order.

A problem with your goods?

Contact us with your order reference and a description of the issue. Where useful, include a photograph. We will discuss the appropriate next step; you do not have to use this form to exercise your legal rights.

Arranging a return

Please contact us for the correct returns address before sending goods. The return-cost policy is awaiting business review and must be disclosed before live orders. Contacting us for routing instructions does not make a valid cancellation depend on our approval.
